Maintenance

If maintenance is needed during our office hours (Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), please call 912.568.7641 and inform our staff of your service request. 

If after-hours or emergency maintenance is needed, please confirm it is included in the list of situations available on our Emergency Maintenance page. Once confirmed, please call 912.347.1834 and inform our staff of your emergency service request.  

If our staff is unavailable to take your call, please leave us a voicemail with your name, address, phone number, and information about your service request.

Please report maintenance issues immediately, especially if service is needed. Please do not make any repairs. If damage to your apartment is caused by any member of your family or guests, you will be required to pay for the damage.
