Emergency Maintenance

Emergency maintenance is when maintenance service is required immediately. If not repaired immediately, the issue could result in a threat to health or safety.

If emergency maintenance is needed during our office hours (Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) or after-hours, please call 912.347.1834 and inform our staff of your emergency service request. If our staff is unavailable to take your call, please leave us a voicemail with your name, address, phone number, and information about your emergency service request.

The following situations are considered for our emergency maintenance services:

• Broken door locks or windows
• Broken water lines
• Exposed electrical lines
• Fire (please dial 9-1-1 first)
• Gas leak (please dial 9-1-1 first)
• Loss of power (please contact Georgia Power first)
• No air conditioning (during hot weather)
• No heat (during cold weather)
• Plumbing backups (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.) 

If you request service and the maintenance technician determines your situation was not an emergency or is resident neglect, you will be charged.
